PW’s family is on the verge of becoming homeless in Aberdeen. Unfortunately, PW, his partner and their six-year-old daughter have already forfeited all the items in their storage unit and have been left with only a few personal belongings. The family is staying with friends who now need the extra room back for a child.
Faced with stage 4 metastatic melanoma, PW is grasping for something positive to happen to his family. Unable to work during treatment, PW was the sole income for his disabled partner and daughter. The couple receives just about $1,500 per month in disability and is having a very difficult time qualifying as a tenant in rental housing.
While finding stable housing in Grays Harbor is the family’s primary concern, we are also helping with gas and groceries.
If you can breathe some positivity into PW’s family and other families living with a parent with cancer, please make a donation. You can specify if you would like your donation to support Grays Harbor families.
